  Yesterday I went to the Urgent care for a normal appointment on a video call with my provider. The nurses there and staff were amazing. They checked my blood pressure even though I wasn’t their patient to find out it was 240/130! These … More ladies who did not have to got their doctor involved. She took care of me like I was her own patient. She was amazing. I’m embarrassed I don’t know her name! She cared for me for almost two hours to make sure she got my blood pressure low enough to make it to the hospital. This staff and for sure doctor is what the world is missing! I want to thank all of you for helping keep me safe until I got to the ER yesterday. If y’all didn’t have hearts and care for me you showed my family could be without me today!

  The sign in and waiting time to get into a room was very brief. The staff were courteous and professional. The nurse practitioner diagnosed me correctly and prescribed me the best antibiotic for my infection.

  I came in after testing positive for covid on a rapid test at home. I was seen very quickly and re-tested. The nurse practitioner gave me the CDC information about covid, recommendations for over the counter medicines to treat the symptoms, … More plus information about antibody treatments and the pros and cons of getting them. She reassured me that I could call them back to schedule antibody treatment if I didn't improve. I appreciated her calm manner and the time she took with me, answering all of my questions.
